790. 악한 왕 아합과 이세벨의 멸망. The destruction of the evil kings Ahab and Isabel.
이스라엘의 역사상 가장 악하고 우상배를 일삼아 몰락한, 아합 왕과 왕후 이세벨의 이야기 입니다. 아합 왕은 오므리 왕의 뒤를 이어 북이스라엘의 7대 왕에 올라 22년간 나라를 통치한 왕입니다. 왕상 16;29-33. 참조. 성경 왕상 16;29-22;40. 무려 7장에 걸쳐 아합 왕과 그 아내 이방 여인 이세벨의 우상숭배로 하나님의 진노를 격발하여 몰락한, 그 가정과 가족과 족속에 대해 크게 주목하여 기록하고 있습니다.

악한 이스벨은 이스르엘 성의 장로들과 귀족들을 선동하여 나봇을 백성들 가운데 높이 앉게하여. 불량자 두 사람을 내세워 나봇이 왕과 하나님을 저주하였다 라고 거짓 증거를 하게 하여, 나봇을 강제로 끌고 나가 돌로 쳐 죽이도록 하였습니다. 그후 아합 왕은 나봇의 포도원을 취하였습니다.아합 왕과 그 아내 이스벨은 하나님 앞에서, 우상숭배 뿐만 아니라 무고힌 백성을 죽이고 옥토의 포도원을 강탈하는 악행을 자행 하였습니다.

아합 왕과 이스벨이 왕위에 앉아 왕궁에서 우상숭배와 악정을 일삼자. 하나님께서 엘리야 선지자를 보내 하나님의 말씀으로 심판을 선포 하였습니다. 왕상 21;19. 야훼의 말씀이 네가 죽이고 빼앗았느냐 야훼의 말씀이 개들이 나봇의 피를 핥은 곳에서 개들이 네 피 곧 네 몸의 피도 할터리라 하였다 하라. 또 이스벨에 대해서는 왕상 21;23. 개들이 이스르엘 성읍 곁에서 이스벨을 먹을지라고 예언 하였습니다.

그 후 이스라엘과 아람 사이에 전쟁으로 아합 왕이 병거를 타고 나가 적군 화살에 맞아 죽고 사마리아에 장사되었으나. 그 병거에 묻은 피를 사마리아 못에서 씻을 때 개들이 그 피를 핥았고. 그 아내 이세벨은 더욱 비참하게 죽었습니다. 아합 왕의 사후에도 백성들에게 사악한 영향을 행사하던 이스벨은, 예후와 내시들에 의해 죽고 그 시체가 개들의 먹이가 되었습니다. 엘리야가 선포한 하나님의 예언 말씀 그대로 성취되어, 우상숭배하던 아합 왕과 이스벨의, 그 가정이 비참하게 끝나고 말았습니다.

하나님을 잘 믿고 그 말씀과 계명을 지키며 섬기고 영광을 돌리고 살았더라면, 하나님의 축복과 영광을 누리고 태평 세월로 평안하게 살았을 것인데. 우상숭배하며 백성에게 악행하는 나라와 권세와 민족과 개인은 모두가 다 비참하게 되고 멸망받게 되는 것입니다. 그러므로 여러분 모두가 다 십자가 앞에 나와서, 하나님 아들 예수님을 구세주로 영접하고 죄를 회개하고 믿고, 모든 죄 용서받고 마귀의 저주와 멸망에서 구원받고 성령님이 함께하여 거듭나 평안하고, 치료받고 누가 뭐라 해도 미혹되지 말고 말씀에 굳게 서서 죄우로 치우치지 말고, 기도하는 범사에 축복받고.감사하고 살다가.
