3714. 쉬지 말고 기도하라. Don't rest and pray.

 

왜 하나님은 믿는 우리에게, 쉬지 말고 기도하라 하실까요? 사전 5;16-18. 항상 기뻐하라. 쉬지 말고 기도하라. 범사에 감사하라 이는 그리스도 예수 안에서 너희를 향하신 하나님의 뜻이니라.

Why does God ask us to pray without resting? Always be joyful and never stop praying. Whatever happens, keep thanking God because of Jesus Christ. This is what God wants you to do

 

죄지은 인류는 누구나 다, 연약하고 부족하기 때문에, 창조 주인 하나님께 무릎을 꿇지 않으면, 세상에 무릎을 꿇고 종노릇 하기 때문입니다. 또 기도하지 않으면 문제가 생기고, 삶이 메마르며 고난으로 힘들기 때문입니다.

하나님께 모든 일을 맡기고, 기도로 하루를 시작하고 기도로 하루를 마친다면, 절대 두려워 하거나 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 하나님이 모든 것을 책임지시기 때문입니다.

그런데 쉬지말고 기도하라는 뜻은, 밥 먹지 말고 잠자지 말고, 주야로 쉬지 말고 기도하라는 것이 아닙니다. 아침과 저녁에 시간을 정해 놓고 기도하고, 하루 24시간 기도하는 마음과 생각으로 살라는 것입니다.

 

But to pray without resting, does not mean to pray without eating, not to sleep, not to rest day and night. It means to set a time in the morning and evening and pray, and to live with the heart and thoughts of praying 24 hours a day.

 

하나님은 그 아들 예수 그리스도를 믿고, 죄 용서받고 저주와 멸망에서 구원받고, 날마다 말씀을 읽고 기도하는 사람을 기뻐하시고, 성령으로 일하시며 범사를 도와 축복하여 감사하고 살다가, 내 세는 천국으로 인도해 가서 영원히 복락으로 살게 하십니다.

그러나 믿지않는 사람들은 죄짓고 회개하지 않고, 탐심으로 돈 재산만 쫓아 살면서, 구세주 예수님을 믿지 않기 때문에 육신이 죽으면, 진짜 사람 그 영혼이 심판받고, 내세 지옥으로 끌려가 영원히 불타며, 멸망받게 되는 것입니다.

눅 12;16. 또 비유로 저희에게 일러 가라사대 한 부자가 그 밭에 소출이 풍성하매. 18-19. 또 가로되 내가 이렇게 하리라 내 곡간을 헐고 더 크게 짓고 내 모든 곡식과 물건을 거기 쌓아 두리라. 내 영혼에게 이르되 영혼아 여러 해 쓸 물건을 많이 쌓아 두었으니 평안히 쉬고 먹고 마시고 즐거워하자 하리라 하되

20-21. 하나님은 이르시되 어리석은 자여 오늘 밤에 네 영혼을 도로 찾으리니 그러면 네 예비한 것이 뉘 것이 되겠느냐 하셨으니. 자기를 위하여 재물을 쌓아 두고 하나님께 대하여 부요치 못한 자가 이와 같으니라.

하나님 약속의 말씀대로 그 아들, 예수님 믿고 구원받고 성령님을 의지해, 기도하는 사람은 금세도 내세도, 최고의 인생이 되는 것입니다. 날마다 말씀을 읽고 기도하는 사람은, 하나님이 함께 계시기 때문에, 아무도 이기지 못합니다.

빛난 면류관을 쓰고 별나라를 상속받고, 그 나라 백성을 다스리고 세세토록 왕 노릇하며, 영원히 복락으로 살기를 축복합니다. 이는 인간의 삶의 목적이며, 금세와 내세 최고 최상의 축복입니다. 저는 하나님 아들 예수님을 구주로 모시고 진실로 믿습니다. 아멘.
