3220. 넬슨 만델라 대통령의 용서와 평화. Forgiveness and peace of President Nelson Mandela.
남아프리카의 최초 흑인 대통령 넬슨 만델라는, 1918년 움베조 작은 시골 마을에서 태어날 당시에는, 남아프리카 공화국은 영국의 지배를 받는 식민지이었으나, 독립된 후에도 남아프리카 공화국은, 흑인들의 인종 차별이 계속되었습니다.
Nelson Mandela, the first black president of South Africa, was born in 1918 in a small rural town in Umbezo, South Africa was a British-controlled colony, but even after independence, black people continued to discriminate.
이에 만델라는 1963년 인종 차별에 맞서는 단체에 가입하여, 저항 운동을 하다가 법정에서 종신형을 선고받았습니다. 45세 나이에 수감되어 무려 27년이나 지난 후, 72세가 되어 감옥에서 풀려났습니다. 그는 출옥 후 1991년 흑인 차별 정책을 철폐시키고, 1993년 흑인들에게도 투표권을 부여하는 법안을 통과 시키고, 그해 노벨상을 수상하였습니다.
Mandela was sentenced to life in prison in 1963 for campaigning against racism. After 27 years in prison at the age of 45, he was released from prison at the age of 72. 그런데 인류는 다 같이 크고 작은 죄를 짓고, 마귀가 시키는 대로 미움 시기 질투 다툼, 욕하고 물고 찢고 싸우며 멸망받게 되었습니다. 그래서 창조주 하나님은 사랑과 평화에 왕이시며, 죄인을 구원하는 그 아들 예수 그리스도를 이 땅에 구세주로 보내 주셨습니다.
