2654. 첫 선지자 사무엘. First Seeker Samuel.
사무엘은 그 어머니 한나의 서원 기도에, 하나님이 선물로 보내주신 이스라엘의 첫 선지자인 동시에, 제사장이며 마지막 사사이였습니다. 한나는 자식이 없어서 눈물로, 하나님께 서원 기도를 하였습니다. Samuel was the first prophet of Israel, the priest and the last priest, who was sent by God as a gift to his mother, Hannah's prayer. Hannah prayed to God with tears because she had no children.
삼상 1;10-11. 한나가 마음이 괴로워서 여호와께 기도하고 통곡하며. 서원하여 이르되 만군의 여호와여 만일 주의 여종의 고통을 돌보시고 나를 기억하사 주의 여종을 잊지 아니하시고 주의 여종에게 아들을 주시면 내가 그의 평생에 그를 여호와께 드리고 삭도를 그의 머리에 대지 아니하겠나이다.

사무엘은 어릴 때부터, 하나님 성전에 받쳐서 숙식하며, 엘리 제사장 앞에서 세마포를 입고, 하나님께 예배드리고 섬기는 훈련을 받으며, 날마다 말씀을 읽고 기도하며 계명을 지키고 거룩하게 살았습니다. 그런데 엘리 제사장 아들들은, 하나님을 모르는 불량자로서 하나님의 제사를 멸시하여, 하나님의 진노를 샀습니다. 하나님은 엘리 제사장 대신에, 어린 사무엘과 함께 하시며 말씀으로 계시해 주셨습니다. 사무엘은 말씀과 믿음이 충만하고 기도하며 성령님과 동행하고, 그가 하는 말은 하나도 땅에 떨어 지지 않고, 다 이루어 지는 선지자 였습니다. 삼상 3;19. 사무엘이 자라매 여호와께서 그와 함께 계셔서 그의 말이 하나도 땅에 떨어지지 않게 하시니. 사무엘은 하나님 말씀대로 백성들을, 올바로 인도하며 다스리는 영적 지도자 였습니다. 당시 블레셋 대적들이 쳐들어 왔을 때, 사무엘은 백성들을 미스바에 모으고 금식을 선포하고 함께 기도할 때, 하나님께서 큰 우레를 발하여 블레셋 군대를 어지럽게 하여, 이스라엘에게 패하고 말았습니다.

삼상 15;22-23. 사무엘이 이르되 여호와께서 번제와 다른 제사를 그의 목소리를 청종하는 것을 좋아하심 같이 좋아하시겠나이까 순종이 제사보다 낫고 듣는 것이 숫양의 기름보다 나으니. 이는 거역하는 것은 점치는 죄와 같고 완고한 것은 사신 우상에게 절하는 죄와 같음이라 왕이 여호와의 말씀을 버렸으므로 여호와께서도 왕을 버려 왕이 되지 못하게 하셨나이다 하니.

이 세상에는 삼위일체 하나님도 계시고, 원수 사탄 마귀 귀신들도 역사하고 있습니다. 그러나 사람들의 눈에는 보이지 않습니다. 그러므로 인류는, 하나님 아들 예수님을 믿으면 성령님과 동행하고, 죄를 지으면 마귀의 올무와 멸망에 빠질 수도 있습니다. 즉, 죄지은 인간이 회개하고, 하나님 아들 예수 그리스도의 십자가에, 피 공로를 믿는 사람들은 죄 용서받고 멸망에서 구원받고, 성령님과 동행하며 돕는 은혜와 기도하는 범사에 축복받고 살다가, 내 세는 그 영혼이 천국으로 가서 영원히 복락으로 살게 되는 것입니다.

사무엘이 하나님 말씀과 기도하여, 대적 블레셋을 이기고 승리한 것 같이, 예수님을 믿는 우리도 하나님의 진리에 말씀과 기도로서, 이 죄악 세상과 마귀를 이기고 승리하는 것입니다. 엡 6;11. 마귀의 간계를 능히 대적하기 위하여 하나님의 전신 갑주를 입으라.
