우리 나라의 부모들은, 자녀들의 교육 열기가 대단합니다. 대학교 진학율이 70% 이상이며, 대학 교육이 필수처럼 되었습니다. 더 선진국의 독일은 대학 교육이 무상이지만. 대학 진학율은 35% 미만입니다. 왜냐하면 독일에서는 대학 졸업장 보다, 기술을 빨리 배우는 것을 중요시 하기 때문입니다.
