미국의 동 서를 가르는 양대의 유명한, 하버드 대학교와 스탠퍼드 대학교가 있습니다. 오래 전 미국 사회에 알려지지 않은, 거부의 노부부가 어느 날 허름한 옷차림으로, 약속도 없이 하버드 대학교 총장님을 찾아 갔습니다.

 

There are two famous universities, Harvard University and Stanford University, which divide the East and West of the United States.  An old couple of rejections went to Harvard University without a promise in a shabby attire one day.

 

대학교 총장 비서는 총장님이 바쁘다는 핑계로, 노부부의 면담을 잘라 거절하였습니다. 그러나 노부부의 끈질긴 요청으로, 비서가 총장님 면담을 주선하여, 총장님 실에 들어가 만났습니다.

The secretary of the university president refused to meet the elderly couple on the pretext that the president was busy.  However, at the persistent request of the elderly couple, the secretary arranged the meeting with the president, and I met him in the room.

 

먼저 부인이 총장님에게, 우리 아들이 이 학교에 1년 다니다가 교통사고로 돌아 갔습니다, 눈물을 흘리며 이 학교에 아들의 기념을 하나, 세우고 싶어서 총장님을 찾아 왔습니다. 사연을 들은 총장님이 불평의 말로 단번에 거절 하였습니다.

 

First, my wife told the president, our son went to this school for a year and then went back to the car accident.  I came to see the president because I wanted to make a memorial for my son. The president, who heard the story, refused at once in complaining.

 

총장님이 우리는 하버드 대학에 다니다가, 죽은 사람들의 동상을 다 세울 수 없습니다. 그렇게 되면 이 학교는 공동묘지가 될 것입니다. 그러자 노부부는 동상을 세우는 것이 아니라, 아들을 기념하는 건물을 하나 짓고 싶습니다. 총장은 우리 학교에 750만 달러가 넘는 건물이 여러개 있습니다.

 

The president says we can't go to Harvard and build up all the statues of the dead. That will make this a cemetery.  Then the elderly couple want to build a building to commemorate their son, not a statue.  The president has several buildings in our school that cost more than $7.5 million.

 

그러자 노부부는 우리가 차라리 대학교를 하나 세웁시다. 하며 자리에서 일어 났습니다. 총장님의 얼굴이 홍당 무우가 되어 일그러 졌습니다. 노부부는 고향 캘리포니아에 돌아와, 아들 기념을 생각하며 서부에 더 넓고 큰, 리랜드 스탠퍼드 대학교를 설립하였습니다.

Then the old couple would rather have a university. They stood up. The president's face was distorted by the red-billed rain.  The old couple returned to their hometown of California, where they founded the larger and larger Leland Stanford University in the West, thinking of their son's memorial.

 

하버드 대학교의 총장은, 남루한 노부부의 겉모습만 보고, 굴러 들어온 복을 오만과 편견으로 발로 걷어 찼습니다. 혹시 여러분도 오만하고 교만해서, 하나님께서 예비하신 구원과 축복과, 영생과 영원한 천국에 복락을 발로 차버리고, 가난과 고통으로 살고 있지는 않습니까?

 

The president of Harvard University, seeing only the appearance of an elderly couple, kicked the blessing that rolled in with arrogance and prejudice.  Are you arrogant and arrogant, and living with poverty and suffering, with the salvation and blessings God has reserved, and the blessings of eternal life and eternal heaven?

 

죄짓고 교만한 인간은 반드시, 패망하고 멸망받게 되는 것입니다. 그러나 겸손한 사람은 하나님이 은혜를 베풀어 축복해주십니다. 벧전 5;5. 하나님이 교만한 자를 대적하시되 겸손한 자들에게는 은혜를 주시느니라. 잠 16;18. 교만은 패망의 선봉이요 거만한 마음은 넘어짐의 앞잡이니라.  

 

A sinful and arrogant human being must be defeated and destroyed.  But the humble man blesses God for his grace.  you have prayed that [the] proud god opposes humble and gives charin  18  Before a break of genius and before a failure, he took a toll? 

 

그러므로 누구든지 겸손히 회개하고, 하나님 아들 예수 그리스도의 십자가에 피 흘려 대신 죽고, 부활하신 대속 구원을 믿는 사람들은, 모든 죄 용서받고 저주와 멸망에서 구원받고, 하나님 자녀가 되고 성령님의 도움과 은혜로, 범사에 축복받고 감사하고 살다가, 내세는 천국으로 가서 영원히 복락으로 살게 되는 것입니다.

 

Therefore, those who humbly repent, who believe in the resurrected salvation of the resurrected, who are bled to the cross of Jesus Christ, the Son of God,  Forgive all sins, be saved from curses and destruction, become children of God, with the help and grace of the Holy Spirit, blessed and grateful for all things,  The afterlife goes to heaven and lives forever in blessing.

 

그러나 믿지않는 사람들은, 죄짓고 죄와 마귀의 종으로 팔려, 금세도 가난 고통 저주 질병 슬픔으로 살다가 육신이 죽고, 진짜 사람 그 영혼이 심판받고, 내세 지옥으로 끌려가 영원히 불타고 슬피울며 살게 되는 것입니다.

 

But those who do not believe, who are sinful and sold as species of sin and demon, soon live with poverty, suffering, curse disease,  The real person is judged, and the afterlife is dragged to hell and burns and sads forever.

 

잠 21;4. 눈이 높은 것과 마음이 교만한 것과 악인의 형통한 것은 다 죄니라. Raised eyes and wide-hearted candle wicked you have sinned? 

 

그러므로 여러분 모두가 다 회개하고, 하나님 아들 예수님을 구주로 영접해 믿고, 죄 용서받고 저주와 심판과 마귀의 멸망에서 구원받고, 성령님이 함께하여 은혜로 평안하고, 기도하는 범사에 도움과 축복받고 감사하며, 하나님께 영광을 돌리고 겸손하게 살다가. 내세는 영원히 죽지 않는 진짜 사람 그 영혼이 천국으로 들어 가서.

 

Therefore, all of you are repentant, believe in the Savior of God's son Jesus, be forgiven for sin, saved from the destruction of curse, judgment and demon, and the Holy Spirit is together and reposes with grace,  Help, blessing, gratitude, glory, humility, and humility. The afterlife is a real man who will not die forever.
